It became a huge industry and nobody would have thought that one day this global digital marketing spend will be valued at $290–310 billion in 2019 and future estimates look much stronger, due to continual attraction on digital channels. It was forecasted to grow at a CAGR of 12.8 per cent to reach around $330–340 billion in 2020 and yes it actually did it.

So, as a marketer how do we actually see this?

Are we actually using the 100% potential of digital marketing or we are just lurking around?

Today I am going to show you the method or the technique which is there the whole time but not many digital marketers actually use it. 

It is the method to use digital marketing at 100% potential and produce enormous results, and this method is called “Integrated Digital Marketing”.

 Well, this term is not exactly officially announced or marked by the authorities but this is what most of us call “Integrated Digital Marketing”.


Digital marketing has a wide range of methods and every method is huge in itself. So it is pretty challenging to master all of the methods available. We know the potential of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing these methods individually are very powerful 

But what if we combine all of these?

If we form one method then the power of that method can go up exponentially. 

“Integrated Digital Marketing” is a method of combining and placing all of the methods of digital marketing in such a way that all methods complement each other.

Today all of the given methods works fine individually but they can not produce enormous results individual so we have to frame them in the model so that each of them works for each other

In SEO there are lots of complications since every day there is a new policy from search engines and new algorithms roll out almost every year, for demanding keywords competition is very high that sometimes you have to pay a lot to create backlinks and other tools and what not so individually it is not sustainable.

SEM, sometimes bidding war for few keywords goes very high that the acquisition cost goes higher than the product or service cost.

Email marketing, we can actually create good connections with our audience but due to lots of promotional emails, sales email the opening rate of emails is reduced.

And then Content marketing. Content marketing is basically an inbound marketing tactic where you attract visitors, readers, and potential customers by creating good quality content. This is one of the best ways to do online marketing and it hasn’t failed anyone who has tried it. But content marketing won’t be effective if the other digital marketing methods are not used in conjunction with it. That’s what integrated marketing is all about. “Integrated Digital Marketing” is content marketing on steroids.

Content: – Good quality content always leads to building authority in your niche and using content starts to build a tribe around your product or services and make your audience your brand ambassador but first feed them well or the best quality content so that people recognize and trust your brand. Help them educate about your industry and the product.

Search Engine Optimization: – Start off by cleaning up the junk from your website and post and create good content around. And optimize properly so that your potential customer can find you easily on the web. Put high-quality engaging content so that people come back to you.

Ads: – Paid ads are the best method to boost your growth over the internet but once the targeted audience visits your content make them hook to your content. Paid ads in their various formats can help speed up the entire process.
